The Awakening

It feels like being asleep during a long winter... Thanks to my friends Bebang and Ligaya who have been blogging for quite sometime, I rediscovered my passion in writing. Suddenly I feel alive again to share feelings, thoughts and ideas. I thank the Lord for using them as intstruments to egg me on into writing this journal...

I have also been listening to Rick Warren's CD on A Purpose Driven Life and it was this stimulus as well that ignited my interest and desire to write about my life. Would you believe that writing a journal is actually biblical? Yesireee! It is. And this prompted me to start one as soon as possible. For the Lord says that one must write not only the happy moments of our lives but the tears as well for it is in them where life's greatest lessons are taught and learned. Where would we be if the great people in the Bible didn't keep a journal? But wait, it is not just in the Bible, most of the great men and women in history wrote their triumphs and failures. And we learn from them.
